Program Overview: How Our Program Works For YOUR
Success!
Small Class Sizes Ensure Individual Attention You deserve the best. That's why our class sizes are small - so that
you get individualized attention from the faculty. Mat classes are
limited to only ten students and Reformer classes are limited to four.
Spin/Reformer classes are limited to two groups of four. (Please
note: Each class format has a minimum number for the class to run: Mat -
5, Reformer - 3, Spin/Reformer - 3)
This way, you receive quasi personal training by a
seasoned, professional faculty that pays attention to your progress and
provides guidance and modification for any types of physical constraints
that may be of concern to you.
Get Results: Full Curriculum for Levels 1-4 in
Mat, Reformer and More You want results! Our proprietary curriculum provides a clear path
for progression. Students begin with the basics in Level I/II and work
their way through a series of movements that are introduced in a
sequential order to build strength, create long, lean muscles and
prepare the student for the next level of advancement. Levels III
(intermediate) and IV (advanced) take students up to the most
challenging series of Pilates movements so that there is constant
improvement and development. You'll never get bored!
University Model: Class-Based Program With more than twenty years as a health and fitness educator,
Roxanne has found that the vast majority of people get the best results
and have the highest satisfaction rates with a structured approach. She
adopted the university model of learning and developed the curriculum
with this knowledge in mind.
Our classes run in six (6) week sessions,
with a specific start and end date. Students can enroll in one class per
week for six weeks (6 classes), two classes a week for six weeks (12
classes), three classes a week for six weeks (18 classes) and so forth.
Tuition is dependant on how many classes per week in which the student
enrolls.
For maximum results, students can enroll
during the first three weeks of class. However, beginning with the third
week of the session, students are encouraged to wait until the next
session so that they will not be behind the rest of the class.
Flexible Tuition Options: No Contracts Required Another benefit to the university approach is that you are not
required to enter a contract. You have three options for tuition
payment:
Pay As You Go - two weeks
before the next session, current students have "protected"
enrollment. For a period of time, current students have first choice
to keep their class space. With small class sizes, this is a
definite plus as we have waiting lists to get into class!
Convenient Auto Enrollment
- for students who know they are going to continue on an
on-going basis, but prefer not to have the obligation of a contract,
we offer an auto enrollment feature. Students grant permission to
hold their payment information on file (secured) and during the
"protected" enrollment, their payment is automatically processed so
their space is guaranteed for a specific class.
(*Minor convenience fee applies)
Save Money! Contracts Available
(Not Required) - For students who have regular class attendance
in at least two full sessions and want to save money on tuition,
there is the contract option. The agreement is for one year, with
the option to renew at the end of the year. Payment information is
held on file (secured) and payments are ran once a month. Students
on contract enjoy 10% savings on their tuition as compared to the
Pay As You Go Option.
Registration Process
With
small class sizes, excellent faculty and a results-driven, proven
curriculum, our classes are very popular. For your convenience,
registration can be done automatically with the auto enrollment or
contract option, over the phone or in person at either the Pilates
studio or the Academy of Dance.
Current Students:
Two weeks prior to the beginning of each session, current students
have a "protected" registration period. For one week, current
students can register for classes before registration is open to the
public.
New Students:
Registration is open to the public beginning one week prior to the
start of each session.
