Small Class Sizes Ensure Individual Attention
You deserve the best. That's why our class sizes are small - so that you get individualized attention from the faculty. The maximum number of students in a Reformer class is two with one instructor.

 

This way, you receive quasi personal training by a seasoned, professional faculty that pays attention to your progress and provides guidance and modification for any types of physical constraints that may be of concern to you.

 

Get Results: Full Curriculum for Levels 1-4 in Reformer, Barrel, Chair and More
You want results! Our proprietary curriculum provides a clear path for progression. Students begin with the basics in Level I/II and work their way through a series of movements that are introduced in a sequential order to build strength, create long, lean muscles and prepare the student for the next level of advancement. Levels III (intermediate) and IV (advanced) take students up to the most challenging series of Pilates movements so that there is constant improvement and development. You'll never get bored! Reformer classes may also utilize other large equipment such as barrels and the Wunda Chair.

University Model: Class-Based Program
With more than twenty years as a health and fitness educator, Roxanne has found that the vast majority of people get the best results and have the highest satisfaction rates with a structured approach. She adopted the university model of learning and developed the curriculum with this knowledge in mind.

Our classes run in seven (7) week sessions, with a specific start and end date. Students can enroll in one class per week for seven (7) classes, two classes a week for fourteen (14) classes, three classes a week for twenty-one (21) classes and so forth. Tuition is dependant on how many classes per week in which the student enrolls.

For maximum results, students can enroll during the first three weeks of class. However, beginning with the third week of the session, students are encouraged to wait until the next session so that they will not be behind the rest of the class.

With small class sizes, excellent faculty and a results-driven, proven curriculum, our classes are very popular and quickly fill up.
