Whether your goals are weight loss,
athletic training, general health or Pilates-focused, we have the
expertise to enable you to reach your goals. Our clients
include elite athletes, general fitness enthusiasts, people with
weight loss goals, senior citizens and people dealing with special
conditions such as strokes, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and
learning disabilities. We offer special programs such as our
comprehensive Pilates
program and our 6-Week Challenge(see below).
Our Approach
1) We spend considerable time working
to understand your goals and determine an effective approach on how to achieve them.
You receive complete an initial personal assessment which includes photos,
physical measurements and a body fat composition analysis.
2) All of our training equipment is
available during personal training. The goal is to use the right tools to produce
the workout and results you want.
3) Together, we create a strategy
that works for your time and budget resources. "Homework"
(exercises that you can do on your own to maximize our time
together) is also provided as appropriate.
4) Finally, and probably the most
important part of our personal training program, our staff doesn't
instruct ... we coach, we motivate, we work together with you. We have
fun with it and we celebrate your success with you.
5) Each of our instructors are hand
picked by Roxanne and all hold national certifications.
6-Week Challenge
Combine the benefits of personal training with the excitement of
group fitness classes to jump start your fitness program. Initially,
you receive a comprehensive fitness assessment which includes
photos, body measurements and body composition.
Each week, you attend two
general fitness classes and one hour of personal training. At the
end of the 6 weeks, you receive your second assessment and a
recommended maintenance program.
Pilates Reformer
Our
Pilates reformer personal training is based on the Stott Pilates
format. The reformer provides a higher level of resistance than mat
classes and an increased number of exercises that can be achieved.
The Pilates reformer can be used with
the Six Week Challenge as part of the 6 personal
training sessions
