All classes, workshops, camps, programs,
and other activities must be paid for on or before the first day of
class. All fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. A fee of $30 will be charged for any insufficient fund checks. All
classes are first-come first-serve basis and some classes,
such as Spinning®, require reservations.
If a scheduled or time based class,
program, workshop or camp is missed, the missed class may be made up if
there is another class of the same type available on the schedule and
there is space available in that class. Make-up classes must be
done at the same or a lower level, without explicit prior permission
from the instructor (for example, Pilates Level 1 students cannot take a
Level 2 class as a make up without prior approval). This makeup class may only be taken during the current
class session; under no circumstances can classes be carried over to the next
session. If there is not another class available, the session will not
be extended and the missed class is forfeited.
A minimum cancellation notice of 24
hours is required for private or personal training sessions or the fees
for the private or personal training session are forfeited. Roxanne's
Studio is not responsible for your scheduling to be aware of my own
schedule. If your work, personal activities, illness or injury causes
you to miss a single or series of classes, programs or events, you will
not ask Roxanne’s Studio, Inc. to extend or modify any expiration dates
for any class, program or activity and/or ask for any refunds or
credits.
Reservations for all workshops and specialty classes
(such as a Masters Class or New Year's Resolution Ride) must be made a
minimum of five days before the event. To hold your spot in the class,
the class fee must be paid in advance.
To cancel
your reservation and receive a refund for the class, you must contact
the Studio a minimum of 72 hours before the event. If the cancellation
is received after that time, the class fee is forfeit. There are no exceptions.
Three days (72 hours) before the event, the Studio will determine
if the minimum number of attendee has been reached. If the minimum
number has not been reached, any fees paid for the
workshop or specialty class will be refunded promptly.
Roxanne’s Studio, Inc. reserves the
right to ask any client, or clients guests to be quiet, to not disrupt a
class, to leave any activity, program, class, and/or service, and/or to
permanently remove any client from any purchased activity, program,
class, and/or service, if the client or clients guests were to
conduct themselves in a manner considered unsuitable to the best
interests of the remaining clients and/or guests. An example of this
conduct would be, but not limited to, interrupting classes, obnoxious
behavior, interrupting class, talking in class, improper hygiene,
inappropriate actions, discrimination towards anyone or general
unsuitable behavior. The determination of what behavior falls into this
category is the sole discretion of Roxanne’s Studio, Inc.
Roxanne’s Studio, Inc. reserves the
right to alter or change any activity, program, class, service and/or
any instructor for any activity, program, class or service that may be
offered as well as the associated fees without notice. An example of this would be, but
not limited, postponing or canceling any activity, program, class, or
service due to insufficient enrollment.
