This
high energy workout incorporates kicks, punches, elbow/knee and other
combinations used in martial arts and boxing as well as effective
athletic drills. It is a fun and energizing workout. Beginning and
advanced level exercisers can follow the challenging combinations,
release stress and have fun.
Turbo Kick Box classes take your cardio kickboxing class to the next
level with a fun, party atmosphere! You'll learn exciting
combinations, work in aerobic zones, blast into the peak of the work out
and then put finesse into your moves!
Both low impact and high impact options are always given, so that the
novice and experienced exerciser are challenged!
