A unique blend of
personalized attention – and accountability! – of one-on-one personal
training with the support and fun of group exercise programs is a recipe
for success. And speaking of recipes, you can also incorporate
nutritional guidance from the medical physician with whom we work hand
in hand.

Results Our clients typically shed anywhere
from 6 to 13 inches overall and up to 15 pounds on the program! Of
course, every person is different from another, so results do vary
between people. The key to success is a partnership – where you make
and follow through with your commitment to your program
and our faculty provides coaching, expertise and professional guidance
throughout the 6 Week Challenge.
How Does The
Program Work? You start off with an in-depth
discussion with your personal trainer about your goals – where you’ve
been, where you want to go and why you want to get there. Together, you
make a plan on what is realistic for the six weeks, with specific
targets and milestones. Then, you kick off your program with an
evaluation to measure where you are today.
Each week, you meet for
one hour with your trainer and take two classes of choice (agreed upon
between you and your trainer). At the conclusion of the 6 Weeks, you
conduct a second assessment to see your success.
What happens
at the end of the six weeks? During the sixth
week, your trainer recommends next steps. Perhaps you’ve reached your
goal and need maintenance plan or maybe you’re half way there and you
need to have the structure and support of an additional six weeks.
Whatever the case, your trainer provides an action plan so you continue
the momentum you’ve gained.

One of the great things about the program is
that you get to experience a wide variety of fitness formats. From
Pilates Reformer machines (special equipment that utilizes a
sophisticated system of springs, straps and pulleys) to our highly
motivating indoor cycling classes and our exciting dance classes, you’ll
have more energy, feel better about yourself – and just as important,
have a lot of fun!
